Digital Talking books produced by Samrita Trust for education and employment of the blind students are for exclusive benefit of blind students only and they are donated FREE to blind students on as required basis. Hence they can be obtained only by registered members of Digital Talking Book Library of Samrita Trust. Educational institutions, like schools and colleges, providing education to blind students can become a member by paying membership fees of Rs 100(Rupees One hundred only).

Blind students in colleges in Andhra Pradesh &Telangana have to apply for the devices through the Assistant Director(Disabled Welfare) of the native district, who in turn will send the applications to APVCC or TGVCC for approval and supply.
